Sarah has worked with over 120 individuals, including leaders, managers and CEOs, as they navigate career change, promotion, outplacement and interview journeys. Sarah has designed and facilitated numerous workshops and live events across London focused on building confidence for study and promotion, resilience in times of challenge, and mindset behaviour change.

After a successful management career, Barry Holmes has spent 24 years exploring human potential globally. He has mentored over 150 CEOs, facilitated strategic planning for organizations with turnovers exceeding $50 billion, and led transformative projects across various sectors.

Barry’s deep inquiry into accelerated learning, systemic leadership, and human design principles—coupled with his expertise in NLP, timeline therapy, and hypnosis—has yielded profound insights into human potential.
